Business card sizes, stocks and turnaround
Tako business cards are 89 x 54mm, the standard Australian size, or 65 x 65mm square. Supply artwork at 95 x 60mm, which is the card plus 3mm of bleed (extra background past the trim line) on every edge. Matte and gloss laminated cards come on 350gsm or 450gsm stock; gsm is the paper's weight, and 350gsm is the usual solid business card. Velvet, raised spot UV and foil cards are 450gsm. Recycled cards are 350gsm Impact Recycled, 100% recycled and FSC-certified, left unlaminated. Quantities run from 250 up to 2000 on most finishes, with up to five designs in one order. Estimated production time is 3 to 5 business days from artwork approval, and 5 to 7 for raised spot UV and foil.
