How long does printing take?
Most standard jobs are turned around within 3–5 business days from artwork approval. If you're in a hurry, talk to us - we'll always do our best to accommodate tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes - design is a big part of what we do. Whether you need a full brand identity from scratch or just need your existing artwork prepared for print, our design team can help. Head to The Design Studio to see what we offer.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Absolutely. If you have print-ready files we'll check them over before going to press and flag anything that might affect the final result. We accept PDF, AI, INDD and EPS files. If you're not sure whether your files are print-ready, send them through and we'll let you know.
What file format do I need to supply?
The short answer: PDF is best. Set up your file at the correct dimensions with 3mm bleed on all sides, embed all fonts, and export at 300dpi. If that sounds like a foreign language, don't worry - our design team can prepare your files for you.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
It depends on the product. Some items like business cards have low minimums, others like booklets are more cost-effective at higher quantities. Check the individual product pages for specifics, or contact us for a custom quote.
Do you deliver?
Yes - we deliver across Perth and can arrange freight for the rest of Australia. Delivery timeframes and costs depend on your location and order size. We're also happy for you to collect from our South Perth shop.
Where are you located?
We're at Shop G01 Aurelia, 96 Mill Point Road, South Perth WA 6151. There's parking on Harper Terrace. We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 2:30pm - and emails are monitored 7am to 5pm daily.
Can you match my brand colours exactly?
We do everything we can to achieve accurate colour reproduction. For best results, supply your brand colours as CMYK values rather than RGB or Pantone. If colour accuracy is critical for your job, talk to us about a press proof before the full run.
Do you offer retainer or ongoing print management services?

How do I get a quote?
