Yes - established business customers can be invoiced. Our standard terms are 7 days from invoice.

Yes - that's the point of working with one printer rather than three. We hold your brand colours as CMYK values, your fonts and your approved artwork on file, so every reorder matches the last one and every new item starts from your actual brand, not a guess. If you have brand guidelines, send them once and we work to them from then on.

Yes - this is called versioned printing, and it's far cheaper than running separate jobs. Business cards for a whole team, certificates with individual names, or department-specific stationery: supply one master artwork file plus a spreadsheet of the varying details, and we handle the rest.

Yes - we deliver across Perth and can arrange freight anywhere else in Australia. We can split deliveries to multiple sites/branches (per-site charge). You're also welcome to collect from our South Perth shop, Monday to Friday, 9am to 2:30pm.

Most standard commercial jobs turn around in 3-5 business days from artwork approval. For larger runs - AGM reports, event collateral, campaign quantities - get in touch early so we can confirm timelines. And if you're up against a deadline, call us before assuming it can't be done - rush options exist for most products.

Yes - board papers, financial reports and commercially sensitive material are handled only by our own team in our own shop. Files are securely stored while in use and will be deleted as required. Confidential copy is destroyed. We're happy to sign your NDA before you send anything.
