The Essential Upgrade: Our Fixed-Price Corporate Document Service

For your biggest, most important annual documents (like Annual Reports or high-impact Corporate Brochures), you don't need a monthly retainer—you need guaranteed, flawless execution.

This is a single, fixed-price project for existing clients that guarantees your existing files are ready for a premium press run.

The Quick Snack Box

This is our equivalent of a cheeky mid-week takeaway. You know your team is at capacity and you can foresee a few busy months you need extra help for.

All we need from you is a scope and your brand elements. We'll take care of the rest, all hours are billed monthly and we can even add on the printing if you need!

  • 10 hours per month
  • Standard queue: Guaranteed to commence work within 72 hours of receiving a brief.   
  • Limited rollover: Up to 25% (2.5 hours) rolls over to the next month only. 

This suits clients who have 2-3 documents which need formatting per month and have existing brand scaffolding in place.

Minimum retainer period is 2 months.

The Long Lunch Box

When you're ready to have our team of graphic designers create, store and update your documents, this plan is what you need.

You and your team have direct access to us, and we work along side you (and your deadlines) in a way which helps you get the most out of your working week.

  • 20 Hours per month
  • High priority: Guaranteed to commence work within 48 hours, moving ahead of one-off projects.   
  • Full rollover: 100% of unused hours rolls over to the next month only, to easily cover unexpected workflow surges.   

This suits teams who work across multiple projects at varying stages. We will keep and update your documents along the way.

For clients who need both external facing and internally compliant company documents.

Minimum retainer is 2 months.
