Business Cards for a Whole Team: Keeping Every Staff Card Consistent

You can put your whole team's business cards through in one go, and keep every one of them matching, by giving us one design and a list of names. From then on, a new starter is one email. You send the name, title, phone and email. We set the card up, send you a proof, and it turns up looking exactly like everyone else's. That's it.

How do I order cards for several people at once?

Send us one design and a list of names. A spreadsheet is ideal, but typed into the email works too. We print every name in the same run, so nobody's card comes off a different batch on a different day. Each person gets a box of 250, which does most people a year. Your big networkers might want 500.

The price per box drops as you add names to the order. The table further down shows it.

Does every new starter need a designer?

No. Once your design is with us, a new card is a quick job on our side, not a design job. There's no design fee and nothing for you to do except check the proof.

How do you keep twenty people's cards looking the same?

Two ways, and neither relies on anyone remembering anything. Your design lives with us as one master template, so every card comes off the same file and the logo, layout and colours never drift. And we keep your full order history, so each new order is matched to your last one: same paper, same finish, same corners, same quantity. We check the new name and numbers against the previous card before you see a proof.

If you ever want to change something, you tell us once and every card after that follows.

What happens when someone new joins?

One email. Here's the whole thing.

  1. You email us the new starter's name, title, phone and email.
  2. Heather sets the card up from your template so it matches the rest.
  3. You get a proof to check. That's the only step that needs you.
  4. You approve it, and we get it printing on your usual paper and finish.
  5. Cards are ready 3 to 5 business days from your approval. We let you know when they're boxed. Collect from Mill Point Road, or we deliver.

Our aim is that the first email does the lot, no back and forth. Four details and "same as the others" is usually all it takes.

Can it all go on one invoice?

Yes. If you're ordering regularly, we set you up with an account. Your brand stays on file, Heather is your one contact, and everything goes on one invoice at the end of the month instead of a card payment every time. It's built for firms where the paperwork never stops: new starter, reprint, letterhead, the lot, one email each. Here's how print management works, or email Heather about an account.

What do business cards cost for a team?

Per box of 250, on our everyday matte or gloss cards. The price per box drops as you add people to the one order.

People on the order Price break Per box of 250
1 $100.96
2 10% off $90.86
3 12.5% off $88.34
4 15% off $85.82
5 17.5% off $83.29

Six or more people, or a velvet or raised finish, and we'll price your exact order. The calculator on each business card page shows the figure as you add names.

What else do new starters usually get?

Most firms we print for have a set new-starter order rather than just cards: a box of business cards, 50 with-compliments slips and a desk pad, so the whole lot lands on the new person's desk on day one. Same one email. If you're still deciding on a finish for the firm, the business card finish guide puts them side by side.

Ready to set your team up? Email Heather your design and your first list of names, or call 08 6107 6756. We'll take it from there.
