What do I need to send you?
Your logo as the original file your designer gave you (an EPS, AI, SVG or PDF is ideal), your business details and contacts, your licences, accreditations and insurances, the services you want listed, a few sentences about who you are and who you work with, and any photos of your team or your work. We send a short checklist as soon as you order so nothing gets missed.
Do you write the content?
The listed price assumes you supply the words. Most businesses already have them, on the website, in a past submission or in the owner's head, and we shape them into the layout. If you would rather a writer pulled it together, ask us for a copywriting quote once you know your page count. What we do not do is write your tender response. That stays with you or your bid consultant.
How many pages should I choose?
Four pages suits a single-service business that wants something to hand over on site. Six gives you a panel per service. Eight is the sweet spot for most tenders and panel applications, with room for a case study and your accreditations. Twelve and sixteen are for firms with several divisions or a track record they want to show properly.
What exactly gets printed?
Everything is A4 finished size, full colour on both sides. Four pages is an A4 sheet folded in half, six pages is folded in three, and eight, twelve and sixteen pages are saddle-stitched booklets with a proper spine. Standard is 200gsm satin throughout, the same stock as our Standard Booklets. Premium steps the folded formats up to 250gsm satin, and gives the booklets a laminated 300gsm card cover over 200gsm satin pages, the same build as our Premium Booklets.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is a full-colour satin finish on a 200gsm stock that looks sharp, photographs well and folds cleanly. Premium is the version that gets left on the table after the meeting: a heavier 250gsm on the folded formats, and a laminated card cover on the booklets that takes handling without creasing.
Can I order the design without printing?
Yes. Choose Digital PDF only and you receive a print-ready PDF plus digital files for email and upload to tender portals. If you decide to print later, we already have your artwork.
How long does it take?
First concepts in 5 business days from the day we have your content. Printed copies take 2-5 business days after you approve the final proof. If you are up against a submission date, tell us when you order and we will plan the job around it.
Can I use my brand guidelines?
Please do. Send them with your content and we design inside them, so the capability statement sits alongside your cards, letterhead and website as one family.
What if my licence details change after it is printed?
Send us the new details. We keep your artwork on file, make the edit and reprint at the print-only price. Updating is a quick edit, not a new design.
Do you print runs over 500?
Yes, on quote. Get in touch with your page count and quantity and we will price it for you.
What is the stock image pack?
A set of licensed photographs we choose with you, up to one per page, for businesses that do not have their own photography yet. The licence covers your printed and digital capability statement.
