A printed gift voucher carries a value, gets handed over once, and brings someone new through your door. For retail, hospitality and salons they do two jobs at the same time: they're revenue today and a visit later. Every voucher we print is numbered, so your register always knows what's out there.

Numbering

Sequential numbering is printed on each voucher, not written on later. It keeps redemptions traceable and quietly discourages copies. Tell us your starting number and we'll run the range from there.

Sizes and stock

Vouchers print at DL on thick 350gsm uncoated card, bright white and heavy enough to feel like it's worth something, which matters, because a voucher is a gift twice: once when it's bought and again when it's spent. A6 suits counter handovers; DL posts without folding.

Turnaround

3 to 5 business days from artwork approval. If the vouchers are for a trading date, Mother's Day, Christmas, an opening, tell us the date instead of asking about lead time and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.

Artwork

Send a print-ready file and we'll check it before it goes anywhere near the press, or send your logo and the voucher's value and our design team will lay it out, terms panel, numbering position and all.

What size are printed gift vouchers?

DL, which is 99 x 210mm. It is the same shape as a standard envelope insert, so vouchers post without folding and sit flat in a card. A6 (105 x 148mm) suits a voucher meant to be handed over at the counter rather than mailed.

Can gift vouchers be numbered?

Yes - sequential numbering is printed on each voucher and it is the usual way to keep a redemption register. Tell us the starting number and how many you need when you send the artwork. Numbering also makes a lost or copied voucher obvious.

What stock are vouchers printed on?

350gsm uncoated as standard. It is a thick, bright white card that takes pen, which matters if staff write an expiry or a name on the voucher.
